It is the Hong Kong Flower Show this week in Victoria Park and the children and I went this afternoon for a look around. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and, though it perhaps wasn't quite up to the standard of Chelsea and the like, we really enjoyed exploring all the displays and stalls. There seemed to be quite a few large models of creatures made out of flowers...
as well as the more traditional displays of familiar flowers...
...the local favourites...
...and the more exotic...
There were also lots of stalls selling all kinds of plants, flowers and gardening bits and bobs:
We came home with a few orchids to brighten up our apartment and remind us of the afternoon.
